Returns and Exchanges

1. Non-Returnable Items: Once sold, goods cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.

2. Online Purchase Returns: For online purchases, returns are permitted if the product is not the same model as ordered or if the product appears to be damaged upon delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

3. Return and Refund Policy Exclusions: The return and refund policy does not apply in the following circumstances:

* If you do not have a complete unboxing video from start to finish.
* If you fail to email or WhatsApp us the full video for any claim within 2 days of product delivery.

4. Transit Damage: Although rare, if your product arrives damaged:

* An opening video is mandatory. Please record the unboxing process clearly and show the item. If damage is evident, we will replace the product immediately. Without an opening video, we cannot process any claims. Please email us at [insert email address] with the video attached.

5. Customized Products: Products customized according to customer specifications are not eligible for exchange. Please ensure accuracy when placing an order for customized items.

6. Product Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted for products based on personal preference, such as color or style. We provide detailed product descriptions and encourage you to review them before placing an order.

7. Sale Items: All sale, discounted, and items purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are non-exchangeable.

8. Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unused, undamaged, with all original labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging. You are required to share a video of the product being repackaged. Please note that minimal to and fro shipping charges may apply depending on the parcel size.

9. Reverse Pickup Facility: In some cases, if reverse product pickup is not available for your location, you may need to send the product back to us at your own expense.

10. Return Timeframe: If the product is not handed over for return within 5-7 business days from the date of the return/exchange request, the request will be automatically canceled.

Refunds

1. Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4-6 working days and credited to the original payment method, subject to the bank's processing timeline.

Replacements

1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product (Dead On Arrival), it will be replaced with a new product. The defective product must be returned to The Blu Nest with all original packaging and accessories, ensuring no damage to serial numbers.

2. Replacement Dispatch: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement . It is highly recommended to make a full unboxing video of the product. Please inform us immediately upon receiving defective or damaged goods.
